32nd Wine Soiree Program
The Diamond Bar Friends of the Library is happy to announce our 32nd annual Wine Soireé scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026, 3-7 PM, inside the Diamond Bar Center! This is a wonderful event to enjoy food, wine tasting, live, silent and book auctions, a raffle, music, and reconnecting with friends. Our Wine Soireé is attended by community leaders and residents of Diamond Bar and surrounding cities.
In the past 32 years, the Diamond Bar Friends of the Library has been able to raise more than $800,000 which has been directly used to improve services provided to the community by the Diamond Bar Library. Included are:
*Underwrite all children’s Summer Reading Programs
*Fund all special programs for children, teens, and adults
*Offer community programs supporting literacy:
*Read Together Diamond Bar
*Friends of the Library Bookstore
*Reupholstery of library furniture
*Donation to Altadena Library wildfire recovery
Please feel free to advertise your restaurant by handing out business cards or discount coupons! This is an excellent opportunity for your establishment to demonstrate its community involvement and support. With your participation, we hope to make this year’s Wine Soireé the best! Food hosts need to confirm no later than May 16, 2026. We are expecting 300-325 people at the Soireé.

Sponsorships
First – we have 3 levels of Sponsorships
DIAMOND SPONSOR – $2,500
Receive 8 Soirée tickets, 2 full page ads in the Program, Sponsor Recognition Signs at 2 Wine Tables, acknowledgement by the MC during the Soirée and on the donor page of the Program.
PLATINUM SPONSOR – $1,750
Receive 6 Soirée tickets, a full-page ad in the Program, a Sponsor Recognition Sign at a Wine Table, acknowledgement by the MC during the Soirée and on the donor page of the Program.
GOLD SPONSOR – $1,000
Receive 4 Soirée tickets, a full-page ad in the Program, acknowledgement by the MC during the Soirée and on the donor page of the Program.
Second – Support our Program. Buy an ad in the Program, a fun and creative way to express your personality or advertise your business. $425 full-page ads receive 2 tickets.
Third – Donations. Do you have a time share at a resort? Do you have season tickets to major league sports teams? Do you have seats at nearby theatres, concert halls, cultural attractions? Membership at golf courses? Jewelry? Fine wine? Gift cards of any sort?
These are just some of the many items that we would love to receive so that we can use them as prizes for our Live and Silent auctions and Raffle. As the donor you would receive recognition for the retail value of your donation(s) on the donor page of our Program.
Fourth – Wine Table Sponsor Signs – $150 each. Only 10 available; first come, first serve. Have your name or Company name and logo appear as the Sponsor of a Wine Table.
Fifth – Come to the Soirée and bring your friends! It is the best party in town, and you will have fun while helping support your community library.
