Our Progress
Thanks to your support in 2023, the Friends was able to do the following:
- Contribute over $35,000 for new books, materials, and programs for children, teens, and adults
- Recognize our dedicated librarians by hosting a luncheon to honor them
- Sponsor Read Together Diamond Bar, our annual month-long literacy program, including prizes for the teen essay contest
- Renovation of the lovely outdoor Reading Garden
- Upgrade library furnishings and equipment as needed
